The 108th AALL Annual Meeting and Conference will be held on July 18-21 in Philadelphia, PA . This conference is a great opportunity to network with colleagues and attend educational programs to learn more about the issues that we encounter in our jobs and to help enhance our professional development. Sally Holterhoff will receive the Marian Gould Gallagher Distinguished Service Award during the Association Luncheon on Tuesday, July 21.
Julie Pabarja and Todd Ito will be representing CALL during the Leadership Training for SISes and Chapters on Saturday, July 18.
Kara Young and Scott Vanderlin will be hosting a CALL table during the Marketplace at CONELL on Saturday, July 18.
Pat Sayre-McCoy will participate in the OBS-SIS panel discussing Migrating to Open Source: Koha and Kuali OLE in Law Libraries on Monday, July 20.
The Public Relations Committee will provide information about CALL in the Members Services Area in the Exhibit Hall.
CALL will be receiving AALL Excellence in Marketing Awards for last year’s CALL-er ID display and for the CALL Bulletin. Lyonette Louis-Jacques, Co-Editor of the CALL Bulletin, and Scott Vanderlin, Co-Editor of the CALL Bulletin and PR Committee member, will attend the AALL Award Winners Photo Session in the Exhibit Hall on Saturday, July 18, and Scott will also attend the AALL award recipients breakfast on Monday, July 20.
