Policies:

The Corporate Memory Committee was formally dissolved as a standing committee.  (see V. Old Business, b)

The Mentorship Committee and Placement and Recruitment Committees were combined into a single standing committee.  (See VI. New Business, b)

April 2024 Executive Board Meeting Minutes

Date: Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.

Board members present: Mandy Lee, Todd Hillmer, Clare Willis, Scott Vanderlin, Jill Meyer, Lucy Robbins

Significant Actions:
Policy: Videos shall be saved for as long as practicable without an upgrade to our cloud file storage. Any videos that must deleted will be deleted on a first-in, first-out basis unless decided otherwise by the Continuing Education or Meetings Committee.

May 2024 Executive Board Meeting Minutes

Date: May 14, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.

Board members present:  Mandy Lee, Todd Hillmer, Clare Willis, Scott Vanderlin, Jill Meyer, Philip Johnson

Guests: Mike McMillan, Emily Byrne (incoming Board members)

Significant Actions: 

Policies:

  • The CALL Directory shall be online on a website protected by a password.
  • CALL may pay a fee to a non-member speaker at the Board’s ultimate discretion.  Requests to pay a speaker must be voted on by the Board.  The CALL budget shall include an item for potential speaker fees.
  • CALL members shall be informed when joining or renewing membership that CALL may use their image in promotional materials.  Members have the option to contact the Board to opt out of the use of their image.  Clare to reach out of membership about adding language to the renewal.
  • All CALL committees may update, post, and change information on the CALL website.  The Public Relations Committee has the final responsibility for updating and/or changing information on the website.
